The weekend’s League One betting offers one or two interesting matches and with Sheffield Wednesday not playing tomorrow, Peterborough can go top.

The Posh will fancy their chances of doing so, as they face a Tranmere team struggling with injuries and form generally. There’s no doubt the Peterborough have the firepower to go anywhere and cause opponents trouble, and as long as they have learnt from their 5-1 drubbing at Bournemouth, they can come through this test. They rediscovered some of their best form by beating Charlton last week – Bournemouth are not a bad side, but they do have serious injury problems with strikers, and could have as many as four frontline forwards missing.
