BRAGA v ARSENAL PREVIEW

When you’ve beaten a team 6-0, how could this be anything other than an Arsenal win? Well there are lots of factors at play here. Robin van Persie, Gael Clichy and Cesc Fabregas are all expected to miss, out, with Andrei Arshavin also likely to be rested. Manager Arsene Wenger is now looking at his players mentality with concern, after a flurry of home defeats and letting leads go against Spurs, and Shaktar Donetsk in this competition. Nicklas Bendtner is likely to have to prove he is the best striker who deserves to start by leading the line here.

Braga have struggled to match their feats earlier in the season, beating Celtic and Sevilla to get here and they sit in mid table in the Portugese league. They still have a real chance of making it into the knockout stages, and a win here would open up the group immeasurably, assuming that Shaktar beat Partizan Belgrade as would seem likely. The result here is not that clear.
